platoon 2

i'm forever in platoon 2~ haha since BMT till now and i think i have a great affinity for the number 2. anyway, that's beside the point.

was talking to ben and samuel about how our platoon will be split into the 3 different sections. well, after much prudent considerations, justin, sam and xian hui will take section 1. wei keong and ben, section 2 while jun sian and i section 3. I would love to work with my old specs but mam prefers a more integrated kinda segregation. ironic sia... so i decided to work with jun sian who's also a good partner~ i embrace such a suggestion cos i'm someone who like to venture something new as it poses challenges. nopz, i'm not implying that js is a challenge but i just like new env la, gives me a whole new experience and thus making my life more fruitful~

well well, we were talking about our platoon and i'm really proud to be in this platoon. we may not be the best and in fact we aren't but our work ethics greatly surpass that of the other platoons. noPz, not trying to brag here but just stating the truth. at least we aren't inconsiderate and passive. most importantly, cos we're selfless. i'm happy to have changed bunk as we merged with platoon 1 specs cos i need not see some irritating, immature, callous specs. well, i guess i'll feel happier in this bunk~

my current goal: to cherish this last 7 months in army and work happily with my platoon specs! cos i noe we'll be willing to sacrifice for each other when we were to encounter any obstacles. that is what i call brotherhood~

i think i'm totally lucky throughout my NS life. there's definitely depressing times, but i have mostly met great ppl, proactive colleagues and selfless frens which help to spice up my army life~ making it less if not not miserable at all and i sorta enjoy army life now~

(while talking to the recruits) mdm exclaims, " you guys have the best sergeants you know" and i totally agree with that! =)
