happy =)

yeah~ i'm kinda happy today! not because i'm having a off tml and thus a long weekend, but finally i'm able to spend more time with my platoon.

besieged with extras for the past few weeks have left me wondering if i'm from coy hq or platoon 2. haha! cos i was left with little time with my platoon~ alright, i was given 3 more actually which will start next month cos of some dumb mistake that i made. that i will admit that it's my mistake but luckily the 3 extras will be planned far from each other so that i will have time to mingle with my recruits. =)

it feels good to do things together with my recruits; teaching them and seeing them grow. haha, sounds like some old hag talking over here. such satisfaction may be derived from my innate love for teaching. and today i've spent lots of time with them, teaching them and it really feels good! haha especially when i'm feeling betta after completing those extras! it's just an intangible feeling la. and i'm glad that i have a pleasant recruit in my section. actually all the new recruits or rather all of them are pleasant. but this particular 1 is hardworking and consistent in producing results. so, i'm really glad to be leading this section together with jun sian. =) and i'm totally upbeat about field camp! cos i'll be in charged of IFC! which are all the field craft stuff.

finally, i wanna commend my platoon specs! cos we're really a bunch of prudent and efficient specs. though some of us do commit mistakes at times, we do remind each other and settle such problems in a matured fashion. we will not keep harping that we have not instilled sufficient discipline in our recruits unlike other platoons cos we know wat is enuf. we always ensure that the amount of punishments meted out commensurate with the severity of mistakes committed. and all of us are always willing to make sacrifices if needed. kudos to us~!

oh anyway, we went to the airport for dinner on tues during our nights out! and i feel superb cos it reminds me of the overseas trip that i'm going with my frens end of this year! wee~! and i'm gonna fly twice this year~ haha!
