yeah~ so we had an enjoyable dinner at marina square waraku today! it was sorta 'farewell' dinner for ah sai cos she's going germany for internship this saturday! well, the crux of the outing was ironically when we were on our way home!

we din realise camy was on the same train as us until i spotted her dozing off violently! and she couldn't join us today cos she had to work late. it was really funny la when we saw her. ps and i were planning how to zhen3 her. after many alighted at eunos, we stood in front of her and started talking about things related to her. but she just IGNORED us and continued 'snoring'. hahaha! so we decided to make stupid faces and take a photo of her sleeping. the auntie beside us thot we were some pranksters trying to make fun of ppl who doze off on the train. so we had to explain that we were her frens to allay her fears. ahaha! well, took some really really stupid photos! and the tourists opposite us was lafing at us! the whole cabin was practically lafing at us la! argH! it has been a corny day out!

hmmm... i've been rather retrospective these days. been musing about life... and i think it's quite scary to see how time passes so quickly. how people have literally aged; i guess i'm feeling this way cos i'm happy the way i am now and i dun feel like growing up. i still wanna savour the sweetness of being young, when u can just 'fool' around... haha! and i'll have to make much more decisions than i have to now as i get older. anyway, i guess i have too much time at hand now, now that i'm just doing an internship and studying a little bit of chem when i have the time.

it's good to be reflective but incessantly, it can be detrimental. and like wat jy says, there're also good things which may take place in the future. yeah, guess i wun have so much time for this when i start studying again! alright, i think i wanna do some volunteer work. haha!

so saturday was spent at sentosa with hcco 04/05/06. well, diyin 04 had the most people despite being 1 of the smallest section! we rox! haha. well, didn't want to go for this outing initially but since it was organised by 05 junior and i believe it's quite hard for the organiser to hold such a big gathering, i decided to at least show my support. well, can also take this opportunity as a dyb outing. well, honestly, there wasn't much fun at the gathering cos we dun really know many ppl! but anyway, dyb was quite exclusive and we went around touring sentosa ourselves. it feels good to be together with a group of close frens. haha!

just as we were about to cycle at 6, the rental shop was about to close to. so we decided to take some photos at the more scenic bridge. well, judging from the number of tourists, i believe stb is doing well. haha! like what i kept saying to meng ni, that she should be proud of her work. (oopz, cos she's from stb though still hasn't started work). but still, i dun think i will visit sentosa till the IR and universal studio is up. that will be in 2010 when i'm in my 2nd year. woohoO~ was talking to kok yesterday, and telling him my plans about travelling around during our studies. we must get to new york! it's just a short 8h ride from london. yeah!

well, what an impromptu saturday. an initially eventless sat turned into a meaningful 1. went to accompany kiwi for volunteering and this time cj joined us! haha, wa, it had been ages since i volunteered my services cos i was 'perpetually' tired. yeah~ and we had a scrumptious, filling dinner at velocity's magic wok! it was really quite cheap and it's worth it though i find it a tad oily~

YEAH! am really happy today! current mood: elated!!

well, after a tiring day of work, i went to aloha loyang to attend kian wei's 21st birthday~ he's actually my primary school classmate! i was really quite touched when he invited me over to his bday party! and got my email through camy i think. wow, great effort man!

so i went too early when it was 8.10pm and i took a 40min walk or rather route march from pasir ris, getting my way lost along this arduous journey! haha, and i was the first one there. it felt a little awkward initially but as the crowd pours in, it felt less weird. then the 6/2 czps ppl came, and some were from 4/1 who were also my classmate. and they remembered me! but i dun! melissa kept insisting that i irritated her then and she still remembers my mum always waited for me in the canteen to bring me home after school. it was kinda hilarious when we were digging the past out. and qingyun was there too, knew her when she came to dunman for east zone CO.

alright, then finally my 6/1 kakees came. there were camy, andy, melvin, yuting and edwin. wa! i haven seen andy for a good 9 years! seriouslY! and the first thing he exclaimed when he saw me was, wa! eric! u are so thin!!! hahaha... you should eat more to be the real eric! so we really chatted a lot. there were sooooo much to catch up on after 9 years of not seeing each other. and with the rest too! din see them for 2 years and more! we talked about pri school days, which i've almost cleanly forgotten about them. and how muihian treated melvin well (our internal joke), and things like kian wei and andy got into fights before at the canteen. and how yuting was my gugu cos we were 'starring' in shen diao xia lu. she sprained her ankle cos of that too! maybe we were too engrossed in playing then! hahah! wa, it would have been good if they had come earlier and chatted longer. the night seemed so much shorter today! then it was cake time and after which bade farewell to kian wei. hopefully there'll be an outing soon, so that such enthusiasm will not die down...
