wee! today has been a terrific day. a truly enjoyable one with great frens. well, went out with my bmt section mates for ktv first. there were ch, yuan shao, ding hao, han qun and i initially. we went to katong shopping complex for a cheap 6h ktv which costs us each only $12. sang so many songs today! ureshii~

hehe~ sang well today!

then, kiwi picked us up at paya lebar before going to geylang for dinner! he ridulously hollanded his way to bedok before meeting us! haha! funny him~ anyway, today's dinner is more unconventional as we have moved away from the usual town area that we used to frequent. so, we settled for a nice zu cao at geylang. along the way, they were too hungry and thus bought some nice char siew bao which i recommended to them. bought 10 for my parents too! ordered looots of food at the zu cao store like 6 tian ji, hot plate deer meat, kang kong, hot plate doufu and bbq chilli squid. Totally yummilicious! and i like to share food with close frens, feels more wen xin and makes the food seemingly more delectable.

All of us!

A truly busy week! nevertheless, fulfilling! This week was really eventful as it's one of my last full weeks in camp. did training(though i was lifeguard throughout the 3 days) and maintenance with my men and my colleagues. it was tiring and it felt like the old torturous bpcc days.

I was just a tad disappointed when i was on our vehicle observing how our current colleagues were working with each other. there were disputes occasionally, and some of them just can't work under stress. If it were the old specs, i guess we would just laugh at our stupid mistakes if not the most just give some terse remarks. and i find the new specs actually coming from different cliques, but hopefully things will eventually work out and i believe so as they are a bunch of discerning ppl still.

As for my pl new specs, i've grown to like working with them over these past few weeks. regretfully, these will be the only few weeks that we'll work with each other. short it may seem, we shall make it a memorable 1. yoshI~ I am getting increasingly impressed with my bed buddy, Timothy as he's able to work diligently even when he has many problems at hand. would like to help him but li bu cong xin. hai. hope the 2 other specs will be able to be more understanding and try to alleviate his problems.

I think i'll really miss so many ppl when i ord. I'll miss my pc(please feel honoured) haha!, my fellow colleagues, esp wei keong and xian hui who have come so far with me and are the ppl whom i rarely meet up with. well well, lets work hard for the remaining 2 weeks and 'fight' a memorable summary exercise.

anyway, i'm on leave for the whole of next week! so i shall go swimming and swimming, to slim this beer belly of minE! haha~!

well well, was listening to ah mei's ru guo ni ye ting shuo, and actually stirred up the emotional side of me. yan lei wang wang. lots of flashbacks struck me when i was listening to this song.

had training with my privates today, and then we did lots of maintenance till 8.30pm. and when i finished with a really shagged look; blurred specs, dirty uniform, sticky hands all cause of the greasing, mdm shook samuel and my hands, bidding fairwell to us as today was her last day seeing us. she would be on course from next monday before being posted to S2. and when she returns, we would have already ORD.

i do dislike her actions and decisions at times, but still we went through this 1 year together. etep 1, field camp, taking the mono intake guys, going through bpcc together, having late supper in the office together... the thought of all these really made me nostalgic. no matter wat differences we had before, this was still the eventful 1 year that we had gone through together. i still remember being like ur field camp 2IC.

Today marks the end of your NS phase as our PC, we will remember you still... hope to see you at our ORD dinner. =)

yeah! just returned from MAF. It wasn't as fun as last year cos our class size dwindled to 11! either some are too busy to return, if not overseas.

MAF is always like a meeting-long-time-no-see-frens occasion. saw quite a number of my batch frens but much lesser than last year. nevertheless, my class still had fun at the singing session as we reminisce the old, nostalgic songs. there was a verse which struck me, that "what will we become of when we meet 10 years down the road." 4 years have passed and nothing much has changed, and for the other 6 years, most of us will be overseas studying and i guess there maybe much fewer people returning for maf. this year's lightings were also much prettier than last year's, guess they have a better aesthetical sense.

The pretty lightings, with the interesting dragon~ meng ni and chang fanG!

got a little little emotional while singing the songs; felt kinda old and everthing appears to be like a passing phase in life. well, but I still believe that we can add significance to them, making each phase memorable.

together with class; 35 SCE, except for filbert and 4 of us, weidi, tallie, samuel and I---the Taiwan peeps! 1 photo with Sir, our lame PC! and another with Jierong, who's the junior batch council pres, was formerly my CO junior, chattted with him while he's on course in my camp. another HC bridging engineer in the making. take care ya till you pass out of ur officer course!

For now, I'm just so looking toward ORD and the fabulous trips I'm having with my HC cum 35SCE mates and BMT frens!

yeah! I'm back from Guard 2! and there's MAF today. It has been an enjoyable Guard 2 despite the deprivation of sleep. And my gaurd com was cute harry! ahha, he's really like an innocent boy. crapped with him throughout the night, but was too tired when it past 1am. and my guard personnels are mostly from my coy, so i had a good chat with them yesterday too! so, this will be my first and last guard 2 in my 2 year stint!

alright, and this week was interesting cos we had the new specs coming in and my platoon had only 3. there're timothy, yanzi and felix and timothy is my bed buddy! not to forget, he's the course best trainee and he really deserves this title. but i guess we still need more time to get to know each other. and he's a regular anyway. i felt most comfortable talking to felix out of the trio; seems like we can clique well and he's surprisingly chinese-speaking as he's from RJ. and i never fail to niao him by asking him if flannery is his brother, cos they look a little similar. haha!

but really find it a little pity that we would not have much opportunities to work with them as we're gonna ORD soon. with the upcoming offs and leaves, time is running short for us. and i guess i'm not gonna clear all my off as i would like to spend more time together with these frens and also not to forget the old specs. will also miss this amusingly temperamental spec, who's a little short and stout cos he never fails to make me laugh. well well, just hope that we all can make the best out of this 1.5 remaining months. gambarimasu!

and yes! it's MAF today! we shall all celebrate till we dropped dead as this may be my last MAF!

Have been really really really busy for the past 2 weeks; besieged with course and duties. These 2 seem to alternate with each other. and i hardly am able to catch a breather. So, finally my body starts to tell me that i should rest and i'm given mc for tml.

had a really bad flu yest when mucus starts dripping involunteerily with violent sneezing making it worse. and i haven had a decent meal for 2 weeks! argH! This sucks. will only be able to clear my off and leave when Oct is round the corner i guess. hai... just feel like lazing around, sitting on my sofa reading my mag and waiting for time to pass, as it will seemingly pass slower. shiok! i shall do that tml during my mc.

Recharge myself, and brace myself for the week! there's maf this sat and i'm going back!
